Tour Plan
Step 1: Arrival at Cairo International Airport (any time)
Your Egypt Tours representative will meet you at the airport after baggage claim, assist with any formalities, and escort you to your private air-conditioned vehicle.
Step 2: Transfer to Your Cairo Hotel (30–45 minutes)
Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your handpicked hotel in Cairo or Giza. Check in and freshen up.
Step 3: Great Pyramids & Sphinx ( 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
If your flight arrives before 12:00 PM, you can add an optional half-day tour to the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (additional cost). Stand before the last remaining wonder of the ancient world and take iconic photos.
Step 4: Free Evening in Cairo (6:00 PM onwards)
Enjoy a free evening. Optionally, book a Nile dinner cruise with entertainment or explore the lively Khan El Khalili bazaar. Dinner is on your own.

Step 6: Transfer to Cairo Airport for your Flight
Your private driver will transfer you to Cairo Airport for your short flight to Aswan (approximately 1.5 hours). Flight time will be confirmed upon booking.
Step 7: Arrival in Aswan & Transfer to Nile Cruise
Arrive at Aswan Airport, where your Egyptologist guide and driver will meet you. Transfer directly to your deluxe Nile cruise ship for check-in and lunch.
Step 8: Afternoon Aswan Tour – High Dam & Philae Temple
After lunch aboard the cruise, embark on your first Aswan tour:

Step 10: Early Morning Optional Abu Simbel Tour
Very early optional excursion (extra cost – approximately $120–150 USD per person). By private vehicle (3 hours each way), visit the magnificent temples of Ramesses II and Nefertari at Abu Simbel – a UNESCO World Heritage site. Return to the cruise by lunchtime.
OR Relaxed Morning on Cruise (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
If you prefer to rest, enjoy the cruise facilities, sun deck, and river views as the ship begins sailing north.
Step 11: Afternoon Sailing & Kom Ombo Temple (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
After lunch aboard the cruise, arrive at Kom Ombo. Visit the unique double temple dedicated to two gods – Sobek the crocodile god and Haroeris the falcon god. See the well-preserved crocodile mummies in the small onsite museum.
Step 12: Sail to Edfu & Overnight on Cruise (5:00 PM onwards)
Continue sailing towards Edfu. Enjoy dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Step 13: Early Morning Edfu Temple Visit (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Travel by traditional horse-drawn carriage (included) from the cruise dock to the Temple of Horus at Edfu – the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt. Admire the massive pylons, black granite statue of Horus, and detailed reliefs.
Step 14: Sail to Luxor & Lunch (9:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Return to the cruise and enjoy the scenic sail towards Luxor. Pass through the Esna Lock. Lunch is served aboard.
Step 15: Arrival in Luxor – East Bank Tour (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Arrive in Luxor and visit the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex – the largest religious structure ever built. Walk through the Avenue of Sphinxes and stand beneath the 134 towering columns of the Hypostyle Hall. Then continue to Luxor Temple, beautifully illuminated in the late afternoon light.
