To secure your booking, you must first contact Egypt TIA Tours with your travel request. Our team will discuss your preferred dates, destinations, number of travelers, tour type, and any special requirements.
After finalizing all details, we will provide you with a complete itinerary for your review and confirmation. Once you approve the agreed itinerary, a deposit will be required to secure your reservation.
Under this Booking Policy Egypt Tours agreement, deposits may be paid by wire transfer, secure payment link, or credit card transaction, depending on the available payment method confirmed by your tour operator.
We aim to make the booking process flexible and convenient. If you wish to make changes to your confirmed itinerary, please contact our operations team as soon as possible.
You may request to add or remove services, change tour dates, adjust activities, extend your stay, or modify certain parts of your travel plan. Our team will check availability, rates, and operational conditions before confirming any changes.
Any amendments are subject to availability and may result in additional costs depending on hotels, flights, transportation, entrance tickets, or other travel services already arranged.
All payments must be completed according to the payment instructions provided during the booking process. Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in cancellation of the booking.
For overland day tours that do not include hotel bookings or domestic flights, a 25% down payment of the total tour cost is required. Payments made by credit card may incur an additional 3% bank fee.
For all shore excursions, a 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required by card or bank transfer. The remaining balance should be paid in cash upon arrival or by card (subject to a 3% bank fee).
For tours that include domestic flights, a 25% down payment is required by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance should be paid upon arrival in cash (USD/EGP) or by card (+3% bank fee).
For all travel packages, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance is usually paid in cash upon arrival or in advance by card (+3% bank fee).
To pay your deposit or final balance by credit card, your tour operator will generate a secure invoice with a payment link. This allows you to complete the transaction safely through a secured payment gateway.
Please do not send your credit or debit card details by email. For your protection, all online payments must be completed only through the official secure payment method provided by Egypt TIA Tours.
We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, especially during high travel seasons, holidays, and peak periods in Egypt.
Once your deposit is received, Egypt TIA Tours will begin the necessary booking procedures for your selected tour based on your requested date, number of travelers, and travel package. Your reservation is secured only after the deposit confirmation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Written confirmation is required to process any cancellation request. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

Peak season terms apply during Christmas, New Year (Dec 20th to Jan 31st), and Easter periods (commonly Apr 14th to Apr 24th):

All approved refunds will be processed to the same account and through the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever possible.
Please note that no refunds will be issued in the case of a “no-show,” which means failing to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior written cancellation.
If you wish to postpone your tour to a later date, please contact Egypt TIA Tours as soon as possible. If no irreversible booking procedures have been made (like non-refundable flights/hotels), we can help postpone your tour seamlessly.
Once a full payment or deposit has been made, the agreed price is considered final and binding. Egypt TIA Tours will not request any additional payment or impose a price increase after confirmation.
The client is responsible for providing accurate personal details, passport info, flight details, and checking visa requirements or passport validity needed to enter Egypt.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, delays, and unexpected travel disruptions.
Some travel services may be provided by trusted third-party partners (hotels, airlines, Nile cruises). Egypt TIA Tours carefully selects reliable partners, but each provider has its own operational policies.
